(AP) ? First lady Michelle Obama lovingly praised her husband Tuesday night in a prime-time Democratic Convention speech as a devoted husband and caring father at home and a "man we can trust" to revive the nation's weak economy as president, beckoning the country to return him to the White House despite agonizingly slow recovery from recession.

"He reminds me that we are playing a long game here ... and that change is hard, and change is slow and it never happens all at once," she told a nation impatient with slow economic progress and persistently high unemployment of 8.3 percent. "But eventually, we get there, we always do," she said in a speech that blended scenes from 23 years of marriages with the Obamas' time in the White House.

Mrs. Obama, given a huge ovation and describing herself as the "mom in chief," made no mention of Republican challenger Mitt Romney. But those who preceded her to the podium on the first night of the president's convention were scathing.

"If Mitt were president, he'd fire the reindeer and outsource the elves," declared former Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland in one biting speech.

Tapped to deliver the keynote address, San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro said Romney was a millionaire politician who "quite simply, doesn't get it" when it comes to the needs of the middle class. Referring to the Republican's support for mandatory health insurance when he was governor of Massachusetts, he added, "Gov. Romney has undergone an extreme makeover, and it ain't pretty."

Polls made the race for the White House a tight one, almost certain to be decided in a string of eight or 10 battleground states where neither the president nor Romney holds a clear advantage. There was ample evidence during the day of an underperforming economy, including a report that said manufacturing activity declined for a third straight month and an announcement from the Treasury that the government's debt exceeded $16 trillion at the close of the business day.

There was no end to the appeals for donations to Obama's re-election campaign, falling further behind Romney in cash on hand with each passing month. "If you think Barack's the right man for the job, please show your support with a donation of $5 or more today," the first lady emailed supporters a little more than 90 minutes before her speech.

She walked out to the crowd's cheers as the band played Stevie Wonder's "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours," the song he sang onstage at Obama's Denver convention ifour years ago.

The president was back home in the White House after a campaign appearance in Virginia as delegates cheered every mention of his name from the convention podium. He promised he'd be watching on television when his wife spoke.

"Believe it or not, when we were first married, our combined monthly student loan bills were actually higher than our mortgage," she told the convention. "We were so young, so in love and so in debt."

She confided that at family dinners in the White House with her and their daughters, the president joins in "strategizing about middle school friendships."

Mrs. Obama's poll numbers are better than her husband's, and her speech was aimed at building support for him, much as Ann Romney's remarks at last week's Republican National Convention were in service to her husband's presidential ambitions.

"When it comes to rebuilding our economy, Barack is thinking about folks like my dad ? who worked at a municipal water plant ? and his own grandmother, a bank secretary," the first lady said.

Referring to her own children as well as those of others, she said, "If we want to give them that sense of limitless possibility, that belief that here in America there is always something better out there if you are willing to work for it, then we must ... stand together for the man we can trust to keep moving this great country forward, my husband, our president, President Barack Obama."

The weak economy hung over the convention as it dominates the election.

Obama "knows better than anyone there's more hard work to do" to fix it said Castro. He said that after the deep recession, the nation is making progress "despite incredible odds and united Republican opposition."

He declared that 4.5 million jobs have been created since the president took office ? though that number refers only to private sector employment gains over the past 29 months and leaves out state and local government jobs that continue to disappear each month.

Castro, the first Hispanic chosen to deliver a keynote address, was unsparing in criticizing Romney, suggesting the former Massachusetts governor might not even be the driving force on the Republican ticket this fall.

"First they called it 'trickle down, the supply side," he said of the economic proposals backed by Republicans. "Now it's Romney/Ryan. Or is it Ryan/Romney?"

"Either way, their theory has been tested. It failed. ...Mitt Romney just doesn't get it," Castro said. Romney's running mate is Wisconsin Rep. Paul Ryan.

The divide over taxes goes to the core of the campaign.

Romney and the Republicans favor extension of all of the existing Bush-era tax cuts due to expire on Dec. 31, and also want to cut tax rates 20 percent across the board.

Obama, too, wants to keep the existing tax cuts in place ? except for people with earnings of $250,000 a year or more.

Democrats criticized Romney last week for failing to offer a detailed plan to fix the economy. But nowhere in their own convention's first evening of speechmaking did anyone present proposals for reining in deficits that now exceed $1 trillion annually.

Delegates in the convention hall cheered whenever Obama's image showed on the huge screen behind the speaker's podium, and roared when the late Sen. Edward M. Kennedy was shown mocking Romney in their 1994 Senate race.

"On the issue of choice, I am pro-choice, my opponent is multiple choice," the late senator said as cheers grew louder.

Romney supported abortion rights while serving as governor; he opposes them now.

Democrats unspooled insult after insult as they took their turn the week after the Republicans had their convention in Tampa, Fla.

Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn said that Republicans had omitted mention of Romney's term as Massachusetts governor at their gathering.

"We already knew this extremely conservative man takes some pretty liberal deductions. Evidently that includes writing off all four years he served as governor," Quinn declared.

Said Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada, speaking of Romney: "Never in modern American history has a presidential candidate tried so hard to hide himself from the people he hopes to serve."

"When you look at the one tax return he has released, it's obvious why there's been only one. We learned that he pays a lower tax rate than middle-class families. We learned he chose Swiss bank accounts and Cayman Island tax shelters over American institutions."

Obama, by contrast, was lauded for helping win approval of health care legislation and for supporting abortion rights and gay marriage.

In his campaign trip to Virginia earlier in the day, Obama told an audience at Norfolk State University that the economy will get worse if Romney wins the White House this fall and that Election Day apathy was his enemy ? and theirs.

Republicans are "counting on you, maybe not to vote for Romney, but they're counting on you to feel discouraged," he said. "And they figure if you don't vote, then big oil will write our energy future, and insurance companies will write our health care plans, and politicians will dictate what a woman can or can't do when it comes to her own health."

On the final stop of a pre-convention campaign circuit of several battleground states, the president also dropped off a case of White House-brewed beer at a local fire station.

The Republican challenger was in Vermont as the Democratic convention began, preparing for three fall debates with Obama almost certain to be critical to the outcome of the election.

There was no shortage of political calculation behind the program of the convention's first night ? or for any other.

Democratic delegates bestow their nomination on Obama and Vice President Joe Biden on Wednesday, the same night former President Bill Clinton delivers a prime-time speech aimed at voters disappointed with the results of the past four years yet undecided how to cast their ballots.

White men favor Romney over Obama in public and private polls, but a Gallup survey taken in July showed that 12 years after leaving office, Clinton was viewed favorably by 63 percent of the same group and unfavorably by only 32 percent.

Obama's acceptance speech caps the convention on Thursday night at the 74,000-seat Bank of America football stadium. Aides kept a wary eye on the weather in a city that has been hit in recent days with strong afternoon rains.

Republicans did their best to rain on Obama's convention, whatever the weather.

Vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan spoke in Westlake, Ohio, standing behind a lectern bearing a sign that read "Are you better off?"

Republicans released a web video that interspersed images of Obama and the economy's weak performance with slightly out-of-focus video clips of former President Jimmy Carter discussing the nation's economic woes when sat in the Oval Office more than 30 years ago.

Are you gettin' it in? | SunShine's Natural & Loving It!

Hello naturals,

With the temps on the rise this summer, it?s imperative to make sure everyone stays hydrated. As a nurse this is not a subject I take lightly. I have witnessed the side effects of dehydration, and heat exhaustion as well. Let me tell you, it?s not pretty.

There are constant debates on how much water one should consume.
First let?s address the ways in which we lose it, so then it?ll make sense as to why you need to replace it. The body loses about 2.5 liters through elimination (i.e. urine, BM, breathing) alone. That amount doesn?t include sweat, or menstrual cycles. That?s quite a bit of water loss. Of course that amount will vary based on activity level, intake, and any medical condition that may be present. I hear you asking ?why should I drink water Nurse Ivy?? Glad you asked. Our bodies are comprised of approx. 70-80% water and since we lose about 2.5 liters/day, it makes sense to replenish what we lose. Our organs need water to function, as do our joints, skin/hair and blood/cells. An adequate intake helps flush toxins from our bodies, and maintains lubrication for joints. It helps with hair growth and even aids in shedding weight. When intake is low we experience dehydration. One of the first signs of dehydration is: thirst and irritability,(walking around irritable is never attractive, lol). Followed by slight confusion, and fatigue.

There are no ?set? rules when it comes to how much one should drink. Following the ?8 by 8? ( 8 glasses of 8oz) gets us headed in the right direction. Keep in mind it may be necessary to increase your intake if you?re nursing (breastfeeding), exercising, and/or are exposed to hot/dry climates. As always discuss any concerns with your physician.

I know there?s someone rolling their eyes, saying ?I just don?t like water!? Try jazzing it up, so you?ll want to drink it up. Ok here?s a few tips: add sliced lemon, lime or oranges. Squeeze the juice into your water, and plop the slices in for color. Maybe some cucumbers, or kiwi. To be more creative add blackberries or raspberries to your ice trays, and set in the freezer. Once frozen add the cubes to your water, yummy and cool to look at! For those that flat out refuse to drink water (I know a few, lol) making certain you consume enough produce daily can be beneficial also. Try incorporating a little watermelon, grapefruit, or tomato into your meals. They have a water content of at least 90%!
Lastly, with raised concerns regarding BPA and it?s many health risk, if possible always opt for BPA-free bottles.

Here?s to your health!

Experts propose 'cyber war' on cancer | Science Codex

Experts propose 'cyber war' on cancer

HOUSTON -- (Sept. 4, 2012) -- In the face of mounting evidence that cancer cells communicate, cooperate and even engage in collective decision-making, biophysicists and cancer researchers at Rice University, Tel Aviv University and Johns Hopkins University are suggesting a new strategy for outsmarting cancer through its own social intelligence.

"We need to get beyond the notion that cancer is a random collection of cells running amok," said Herbert Levine, co-director of Rice's Center for Theoretical Biological Physics (CTBP) and co-author of the cover article in this week's Trends in Microbiology that pulls together dozens of recent discoveries about the social behavior of cancer cells. "These cells lead sophisticated social lives."

Article co-author Eshel Ben-Jacob, a senior investigator at CTBP, said, "Cancer is a sophisticated enemy. There's growing evidence that cancer cells use advanced communications to work together to enslave normal cells, create metastases, resist drugs and decoy the body's immune system."

Ben-Jacob, Levine and Donald Coffey, a noted cancer researcher at Johns Hopkins, suggest in the article that cancer researchers act like modern generals and go after their enemy's command, control and communication capabilities. The article is in volume 20, issue 9, pages 403-410 of the journal.

"It's time to declare a cyber war on cancer," said Ben-Jacob, who, along with Coffey, is speaking today at a workshop titled "Failures in Clinical Treatment of Cancer" at Princeton University.

Ben-Jacob said cancer cells have been shown to cooperate to elude chemotherapy drugs, much like bacteria that communicate and act as a team to resist attacks from antibiotics. He said some cancers appear to sense when chemotherapy drugs are present and sound an alarm that causes cells throughout a tumor to switch into a dormant state. Similar signals are later used to sound the "all clear" and reawaken cells inside the tumor.

"If we can break the communication code, we may be able to prevent the cells from going dormant or to reawaken them for a well-timed chemotherapeutic attack," Ben-Jacob said. "This is just one example. Our extensive studies of the social lives of bacteria suggest a number of others, including sending signals that trigger the cancer cells to turn upon themselves and kill one another."

The article cites numerous examples of similarities between the behavior of bacterial colonies and cancerous tumors.

In a cover story in this week's Trends in Microbiology (volume 20, issue 9, pages 403-410), biophysicists and cancer researchers Herbert Levine, Eshel Ben-Jacob and Donald Coffey suggest adopting a strategy of "cyber warfare" to outsmart cancer through its own social intelligence.

"The parallels between the communal behaviors of bacteria and cancer cells suggest that bacteria can serve as a valuable model system for studying cancer," said Coffey, professor of urology, oncology, pathology and pharmacology and molecular sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. "We believe this approach could be particularly valuable for investigating intractable problems like metastasis, relapse and multiple drug resistance."

Levine, Rice's Karl F. Hasselmann Professor in Bioengineering, and fellow CTBP co-director Jos? Onuchic were recruited to Houston last year, thanks in part to a grant from the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT) that was designed to spur new thinking about cancer and foster collaborations between CTBP scientists and cancer specialists in the Texas Medical Center.

"This opinion article reflects the multidisciplinary strategy of the CTBP -- to communicate and work together with researchers across disciplines for solving the biomedical challenges of our time," said Onuchic, Rice's Harry C. and Olga K. Wiess Professor of Physics and Astronomy and professor of chemistry.

Ben-Jacob, the Maguy-Glass Chair in Physics of Complex Systems and professor of physics and astronomy at Tel Aviv University, worked previously with Levine and Onuchic on a number of groundbreaking studies about the underlying biophysics of bacterial social behavior. He joined Rice University this summer as senior investigator of the CTBP and adjunct professor of chemistry and cell biology.

There is mounting scientific evidence that cancer cells lead intricate social lives and that their social behavior often resembles the behavior of social bacteria. For example, this colony of bacteria contains pioneer cells that pave the way for colony expansion in the same way that specialized cancer cells prepare for metastasis.

Part II: Wittgenfeldian Legal Logic: Epic Fail (nascent ... - This Ain't Hell

September 4th, 2012

Another of Wittgenfeld?s favorite tactics is threatening criminal ?procecution? which his VA Mental Health Counselor is alleged to tell him is a grand idea. Of course Wittgenfeld would first have to get Law Enforcement to pursue that, and they won?t. But let?s assume for a few moments that law enforcement in Indiana, West Virginia, Florida or anywhere else were to take Wittgenfeld?s phone call, and be all fired up about criminal charges based on any of the statutes that Wittgenfeld hurls out there like a monkey flinging excrement. Would any of those be valid?

Of course not. But let?s look at them anyway, because some folks don?t know the law, and might actually feel threatened enough not to comment etc.

For the remainder of this, I will be assuming that both comments from Wittgenfeld on this blog (which are all linked to his known IP address 184.90.245.118 from which he sends emails) and the postings on his blog with Arthur South (which contain the same faulty legal logic as each other) are all Wittgenfeld. It may be that South wrote some of the stuff on the blog, but we know they are in this conspiracy together because of the date/time stamps on the comments which mirror each other. For instance, in citing to law regarding harassment and cyber laws, both the blog and the comments cite to Virginia law (where no one lives) within minutes of each other, despite each separately noting that all states have virtually the same laws. That?s too random to be truly random.

A perfect illustration of the Lilliputian legal mind of Wittgenfeld is found in just this recent threat:

????. ATTENTION ????.
HARASSED MILITARY VETERANS HEREON
If you are an honorable discharged military Veteran and being cyber/harassed or cyber/stalked and have been emotionally or financially affected by these actions of Mil/Kooks hereon know this:
[Legal stuff omitted for now]

DO NOT TAKE THE UNJUST HARASSMENT
COMPLAIN OFFICIALLY, LEGALLY, AND ARREST THEM
THE FIRST HARASSED VETERAN TO SUCCEED
WILL FREEZE THIS AND THE OTHER CONNECTING LINK BLOGS

Further, he alleges that part of this conspiracy includes his mental health practioner at the VA:

like how you dingleberrys try to poooo poooo the VA Medical Chief?s legal advise [sic]. That is funny because who ever goes down on here will be doomed by her legitamate [sic] findings, legal report, and recommendations to the procecuter [sic]. Done deal.
Yes your names and pictures identifying most of you are in her paper file too. She does have access to any VA Computer she wants? And she wants to see all of you in jail. Got that picture yet..?

Now, I don?t for a second think that the ?VA Medical Chief? is actually engaged in giving out legal advice (or ?advise? if you are Wittgenfeld) without a license, nor does she have access to my records, since that would violate HIPPA since I am not seeking medical advice (or advise for that matter) from the VA. Notwithstanding that, it is idiotic on a Brobdingnagian level to have asserted that. (Yes, ?Lilliputian? and ?Brobdingnagian? in one post, sue me for ?harassment?.)

For more specific threats, I liked this comment:

Soooo, Hey Lilyea..? When the West Virginia State Police call you on that phone number?.. Who will they be discussing your charges with..? Your wife. Your boyfriend. Maybe give me the right number? You too Scotty, we will have a conference call. It is possible for me to serve you all the paperwork myself. Personally. That?s how I like it?

Again, for some unexplainable reason, Wittgenfeld thinks he can do criminal charges by himself. Note that above he is telling people to ?arrest? us, which would essentially be kidnapping, and here he is saying he is authorized to ?serve [us] all the paperwork [himself].? To suggest such is to misinterpret how the legal system works to a degree that it makes me question his sanity. The only one authorized to do such a thing would be law enforcement, unless Dallas here thinks he has leave to do ?citizens arrests? which would make him culpable for any number of legal remedies. But, if he wants to do something so neolithically idiotic, who am I to discourage him.

Lastly, he bolsters his argument with one of the more insane ramblings I?ve ever seen on the intertubes, a posting entitled: CYBER-STALKING: YES, IT IS A CRIME.

In that Magnum Opus to mental midgetry, the South/Wittgenfeld protagonist (here forward shortened to WittgenfeldSouthEtAl) claims that:

?Hunters/slayer? on Facebook and in independent blogs have been systematically growing ever more nasty in their actions. Falsely claiming 1st Amendment rights as their permissive adjunct to do what they do. In fact 1st Amendment rights are not involved one bit when doing what they do. It is illegal in all 50 states and on an international line as well. All of the states have similarly written statutes concerning Cyber-stalking. Definitions are equal and across the board totally illegal to not only practice but to be involved in, in any way.

Although individually everything written there is done so in English, the words together make no sense. Absent a Medium with some sort of Ouija board or some other means of divination, it is my sad task to try to unbundle it. He continues in this rambling manner for quite a while before taking the fight not only to your humble bloggers, but also commenters and readers of the blog:

This is basically a warning to those Cyber-stalkers who we have dealt with in the past, this is no longer some back and forth game to laugh and enjoy yourselves at others expense. We are in the process ( in conjunction with 3 lawsuits now in play) of filing charges against these criminals.

Once again Wittgenfeld cloaks himself in some invisible cloak of legal authority in claiming that he is in the process of ?filing charges against these criminals.? No, he isn?t. Charges don?t come from private citizens, they come from prosecutors, grand juries etc. Unless he is now claiming to be part of some ridiculous ?sovereign citizen? movement with ploys like those used by Code Pink to ?arrest? Karl Rove, there is no such movement afoot. It?s just South, the incarcerated Ray Hall, Bob Golden and Chief Dunce Wittgenfeld of the Supreme Court of Imbecility spouting nonsense on the web again.

Now, remember where I said it was impossible to tell if the blogger here and Wittgenfeld are two different people or just the two minds of Wittgenfeld?s? (One mind is lost, the other is out looking for it.) Well, compare his inability on comments to tell the difference between ?advice? and ?advise? and read this bit of masturbatory legal fantasy:

Our advise [sic] ( take it or ignore it) is to remove your comments, unlike posts or comments related to this breach in the law; possibly even distancing yourself from those who are on the verge of facing criminal charges. Just a warning. It?s up to you to make the choice, personally we hope you ignore this warning and continue to associate yourself with those who will very shortly feel the long arm of the law.

This ?long arm of the law? of which you speak, I do not think those words mean what you think those words mean. Further?.

?.And like we said, for those who have shown their approval by ?liking? or ?commenting? on such posts or blogs are complacent and co-conspirators in this crime. Do you REALLY want to do time for the actions of a few idiots? Do you REALLY want to have a criminal record that will follow you forever more?

OK, fine, you made me whip out my legal brain. WittgenfeldSouthEtAl keeps citing to Virginia law for a reason that only makes sense when you remember that no one citing to it would do so for any valid legal reason. As far as I know, no one involved lives in Virginia. Had a lawyer written this, he would have looked up the statutes in places that are actually involved, say Indiana, Florida or West Virginia.

To explain why that would be important, remember again that none of us live in Virginia. Now, he could say that part of the ?crime? took place there, since I guess these posts exist as much in Virginia as they do anywhere else. So let?s assume you are a Police Officer in Shenandoah, and you get a phone call from a guy in Florida, complaining about posts made by people in other states?..why in the hell would you waste more than 2 seconds on it? You wouldn?t. You?d say call WV or IN. Or even Florida. No one in Virginia has even claimed to be harmed.

Anyway, in a host of idiotic comments and links, WittgenfeldSouthEtAl (it?s like ManBearPig only more dumberer) cites to ?The National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) State Cyberstalking and Cyberharassment Laws? which are not actual statutory laws but guidelines, and to Virginia codes 18.2-152.7:1 (the sweetest smelling of all criminal codes) and 18.2-186.4. That in and of itself is odd; why those two specific codes? Because that was all he could Google. And those codes themselves are not even pertinent here.

Let?s start with the second one, 18.2-186.4. For those who don?t know codes, don?t get too absorbed in the numbers, but they are pertinent here. The first part, the ?18.2? is the Virginia statutes on Crimes and Offenses. You can see this list HERE. The problem for WittgenfeldSouthEtAl is that the subsection that he cites to here is Chapter Six, crimes which involve Fraud.

But wait a minute, no one has alleged Fraud. Yeah, I know, which is why this is weapons-grade stupid. You see, 18.2-186.4 deals with fraud involving ?False statements to obtain property or credit? generally, and the .4 of 186 deals with fraudulently identifying yourself as someone else with the intent to harass that third party. Again, that isn?t even alleged by WittgenfeldSouthEtAl to my knowledge. In order to violate that charge, one of us would have had to have claimed WittgenfeldSouthEtAl and threatened someone else.

Now I ask you, who in their right mind would impersonate ?Thunder Chicken?? I only add in ?right mind? because in order to be criminally culpable, you?d have to have the requisite ?mens rea? or ?guilty mind?, which wouldn?t likely be present in an insane person. That there knocks out half of Wittgenfeld?s criminal argument.

So what about 18.2-152.7:1? Are all of us about to become intimately familiar with this code as we languish for years in a Shenandoah Prison? (Which has listed in Fodor?s as a good alternative to higher end spa treatments out in Apple Country.) Unlikely.

You see, this is what that code says:

18.2-152.7:1. Harassment by computer; penalty.
If any person, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass any person, shall use a computer or computer network to communicate obscene, vulgar, profane, lewd, lascivious, or indecent language, or make any suggestion or proposal of an obscene nature, or threaten any illegal or immoral act, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

Now, pretty clearly we aren?t going to fall under that either. You would have to meet two requirements, neither of which are met by anything we?ve ever written. Dallas Wittgenfeld is a limited public person for purposes of a discussion regarding Stolen Valor, as he himself has made himself one through various blog postings, comments on Michael Yon?s page, etc. By publically lamenting the existence of some sort of cabal of people out to get him, he started up his various blogs and websites (at last count I have 4 of them I am tracking) and injected himself into the discussion. Also bear in mind that he only came to our attention through news sources, which make him a public person anyway.

As for the second prong, to wit ?communicat[ing] obscene, vulgar, profane, lewd, lascivious, or indecent language, or make any suggestion or proposal of an obscene nature, or threaten any illegal or immoral act.? That one is even shakier.

As an example of a case where this was alleged, I found this case of a man sending obscene emails to his wife. Bear in mind that Wittgenfeld has been prolific in his use of profanity and threats in both emails and comments, whereas this lady wanted to be left alone:

He [Barson] began sending emails to his [separated] wife, her family and friends. When he received replies from friends and family members, he forwarded them to his wife. His wife received 87 of these emails in the first 14 days of May 2009, and hundreds more during the next six months.

Barson?s emails contained language accusing his wife of having `sex with anonymous strangers? on Craigslist, of having a `new hobby of soliciting sex on CL,? of having `risky gutter sex,? of `vacuum[ing] his baby to death? and of being a `coke whore baby killing prostitute.? He also accused her of engaging in sexual acts with identified men.

[Barson] admitted at trial that he was angry when he sent the emails and he intended to embarrass his wife, but he testified that his original motive in sending them was to compel her to respond to his telephone calls.

A bench trial initially found him guilty, and sentenced him to a $250 fine.

Now, have any of you been emailing Wittgenfeld on the sly to accuse him of having risky gutter sex with other men? Nah, I didn?t think so.

But, lest you be worried about your $250, it got overturned.

My point is this:
1) No court would waste their time;
2) If they did, it doesn?t meet the legal standard
3) The punishment is de minimis
4) WittgenfeldSouthEtAl can?t read the law
5) ? of their cited laws don?t even address the facts.

So stop worrying, let WittgenfeldSouthEtAl throw around their threats, and let?s continue to do what the Supreme Court told us to do, try WittgenfeldSouthEtAl in the court of public opinion for their lies about military service.

You have nothing to fear but an inferior legal mind itself.
